It is finished!

It has been a long time coming this year to try and get the chair railing and trim done in the foyer and down the hall to the master suite. I was inspired by Rhoda over at Southern Hospitality. If you get a change please check out Rhoda's blog and her interior decorating skills.
Rhoda made it look so easy; it wasn't too bad once you had it all laid out and the spacing figured out between each frame. I haven't decide what the upper wall color will be yet.

Next project; chair railing in the dinning room and the kitchen nook. Stay tuned.

thank you for visiting.

That looks fantastic! I would have it on every wall if I had the carpenter skills and time. :-)

That really looks nice! It looks like you have a beautiful place. Lots of work I'll bet.

We are trying to make a carpeting decision. So far we don't agree on the color. He wants a golden color. Blech!

hey pretty girl!!! I am here...did you miss me? I missed me too. Slowly but surely...this Tootsie is going to do this...and then she is going to make some trims like those to go with it!
I wish I could arrange flowers the way you do...and table scape...you should see the disaster tablescape I did tonight....I laughed so hard I almost cried...I think it was the puzzled look from my husband and kids at what the hell was all over the table...lol
Bob just looked at me confused and told me to stop trying so hard...I could blow something!
sending you a huge hug.

Dear Blossom~Isn't it wonderful the transformation that boxed trim adds to a wall!!
My hubby added the boxed frames to our family room. Now I want to add a soft muted wallpaper recessed in the frames, with a complimentary paint on the walls. The frames will be painted in a high gloss white. We've just completed the prime coat.
Didn't you feel once it was finished , you could think of several places you want to apply it to?

Thank you for your visit and sweet comment. It will be so enjoyable to getting to know each other.

Sweet wishes,
Sara
